Originating in England in the 1900s, the word ‘Cuppa’ meant another cup of tea. A century later, Cuppa, a modern brand, continues to carry forward this English tradition of drinking tea by indulging in unique, aromatic, hand-crafted tea blends. Promoting the idea of taking a break and enjoying a Cuppa tea.

With this concept project for a brand inspired by the English tea culture, our design challenge was simple - to design the brand identity, visual language & packaging of the tea boxes with a modern take on the vintage tea culture. For a minimalistic & elegant look, the team custom-designed the typeface for the brand's logo where the letter U was inspired by a tall cup of tea. With every artwork, the project aimed to create a visual language for the brand that felt hand-crafted, premium & lively.

So, shall we have another Cuppa tea?

While the Cuppa Classics packaging was based on a palette of subtle pastels that resonated with the tea flavours, the artwork of Cuppa Infused Teas, the premium collection was high-spirited.
